Just been for Xmas Eve brunch. Had a lovely meal. Service really good. Loved the Candy Cane Martini. Now off for a nap! Will definitely go back for a 'proper' meal in the New Year. So glad we've found a really good local restaurant.
Been to a baby shower at the school house today. What a hidden treasure. I was so surprised when I got inside. We all enjoyed a smashing afternoon tea. The food was really good. There was a young lady who I was talking to who worked there as I stood holding my grandson. She was telling me all about the place showing me menus talking about opening times etc. She was a true credit to you. Really nice for someone to take time out talking about my little grandson and the business. Many thanks the school house x
Lovely old school building. Small bar/waiting area a wee bit tight for large groups. Good service and efficient, friendly staff. Food very enjoyable , a good range and well cooked. Being an old school hall the room is very high and echoes somewhat ...especially when a large party of noisy women are dining on the next table!!! Enjoyable evening though.
