This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They took orders for things not in stock and cost me a lot of time waiting for deliveries. On the first missed delivery, I called to enquire where product was and had to wait 25 minutes on the phone (not free phone) when I got through to someone I could hear staff socialising in the back ground! I got a new delivery slot And product still did not arrive. This time I waited over half an hour on the phone before hanging up. The next day they told me they still didn't have the item and I cancelled the order. 'Luke' the manager there told me that the awful experience I had was due to the fact that they were 'busy' and don't have the staff to cover black Friday properly!
I visited this place for the first time to buy a TV and Microwave. A great shop with lots to offer and don't hide the fact they stock lots of products but are mainly an online business. The reason for my low rating is when visiting we asked a blonde lady with glasses working there for information on microwaves and a TV she had on the shelf. She wasn't willing to negotiate on the TV even though it was a display model and the last one which was strange. After hitting a dead end on that I then asked about microwaves with a stainless steel cavity. She kept trying to walk away and simply said, yes visit our website and you can filter it there before then walking away. Very impersonal. A message to management, today because of the way this person dealt with us you missed out on the sale of a microwave and TV.
Can't fault them. Ordered a phone at 7pm and collected it the following day. Looking in the showroom and they have some very good prices on some items and a good selection of items too. It is a little strange driving into the carpark but it is obviously a working site. On orders that have been delivered in the past I have had no issues either. It also seems they sell some items which are end of line and as with the phone I bought this time it was 45% cheaper than Amazon, saving me 300.
Bought a spin dryer from here on Saturday, had it delivered on Monday , excellent service , thank you Jonathan , ps : just to let you know Birmingham city centre is great for shopping , have you ever visited the bullring
Pleased with product and service when we purchased our appliance, however the product developed a fault after just a couple of months. Took numerous attempts and a long time waiting to finally to get through on the phone. We were given a number to call re repairs, when we finally got through on that we were redirected to another number only to be told they were no longer dealing with repairs. We then had to go through the process of numerous calls to appliance direct until we eventually got hold of them. We were given another number, repair man came said he had to order parts and booked a date to come back. Waited in all day, repair man never turned up so back to appliance direct again. Asked them to contact and sort it, said they would but shortly after speaking to them I received a message to say they are unable to ring the number from their phone and left a number for me to call. shocking after sales care, too lazy to contact and sort it out for us, easier to just dump the problem on us.
