Ordered an oven 5th dec. delivered faulty. refused to swap, directed me to manufacturer. manufacturer had no parts, took until 5th jan for a refund after 5 call with 20-30 min waits. cant speak to any decision maker, they always have to call you back, and they dont bother. awful customer service...
Expected a better showroom!
Ordered an ac unit only 2/3 boxes sent out. Called customer service and said it will take another 36 hours to be resolved with the courier service. Courier service have confirmed the 3rd box was never sent to them. This has costed me money as an engineer was booked to installed the air con unit. No compensation given just an apology to we will fix it and given a head office email address. Avoid!!!!!
