Staff attentative and knowledgeable . Shop layout excellent.
Bought a pair of jeans in the sale for my husband when he tried them on at home they were to big. When i went to return them they didn't have the next size down. Then I was told I couldn't have a refund because it was a sale item they then said it was explained to me when I purchased them which it wasnt. If they had of told me this I wouldn't have brought them in the first place. They didn't tell me nothing because the two men was to busy calling the previous customer saying she was very rude they also said I should have read the disclaimer which he then produced from the side of the till. Totally disgusted in the sale person didn't even look me in the eye carried on folding shirts. Will never buy from Ben Sherman again
It's closed for refurbishment. It would be a good idea if they put something up in the windows to say when it was opening again though.
Quality designer clothes but higher priced than other retailers on the high street. One of my favourite brands.
